The Story of Lumiar & Co. 

Lumiar & Co. was born from my heart, my family, and my faith in God.
The name comes from Lumiar, a breathtaking place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where nature reflects the beauty of God’s creation, where mountains meet rivers, flowers bloom in abundance, and time seems to slow down. But Lumiar is also where my parents, at the beginning of their relationship, dreamed together and made plans for the future, so love, beauty, and new beginnings became part of my inspiration.

Moved by God’s goodness and by this story, I dreamed of making something that would reflect the same essence: love, care, and purity.

As someone who has lived with eczema and sensitive skin, I know firsthand how hard it can be to find products that truly care for your skin, gentle enough for daily use, yet effective enough to make a difference.

Today, at Lumiar & Co., we handcraft each soap in small batches, using natural ingredients. We pour love and attention into every detail, believing that what touches your skin should be gentle, pure, and filled with care.

Every bar carries not only a piece of nature, but also a piece of my story now shared with you.
